Shipping

We ship across Canada by Canada Post, from the Québec City area. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and weight. We do not offer local pickup or free shipping.

Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Applicable taxes are calculated based on your province of delivery.

Returns

Our parts, new or used, are sold as single units, on a final-sale basis. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If a part arrives damaged, or does not match its description, email us at info@nexmx.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, if available, or a refund.

Legal warranty

Nothing in this policy limits the legal warranty provided by law. Parts must be fit for their intended use for a reasonable period; this right applies even after the 7-day period above.

Complete motorcycles

Complete motorcycles are not sold online. Any motorcycle sale is handled through a separate agreement, concluded directly with the buyer.
